WE ARE BACK!

February of 2020 we had our last event. We had more planned, but COVID hit a few weeks later and everything stopped, including our board meetings. But we never gave up! We tried to keep in touch with people who have attended our activities, but it was hard. Everyone was stressed and trying to handle their lives and the "new normal." We offered grants to the children in our group. Some took us up on the offer. We gave money for the purchase of speech aps for iPads and/or phones, iPads, and to help offset the cost of speech therapy. We are happy to announce that we are going to start having activities again!! Refer to our events page for more details!

We will be looking for a parent representative to join our board after our May event at Fat Willy's. If you might be interested in joining us, stay tuned for more details coming in June.
Our board meets online once a month, usually Wednesday or Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
This month we are finalizing details for our May 14 Apraxia Awareness Day at Fat Willy's from 4:00-8:00. Fat Willy's will donate 10% of their intake during that time. The board will be on hand to hand out brochures and answer any questions people might have.

May is Apraxia Awareness month
